2012-2013: Tiancheng Lighting was officially established. It invested in a fully automatic packaging production line, established an independent packaging laboratory, and became the main supplier of LED light sources for an international brand. It reached a strategic partnership with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).

2014-2015: The TCWIN brand was officially launched to the market. It established marketing centers in Zhongshan, Guangzhou, East China, and Shenzhen Huaqiang. It served customers in major coastal cities in China. It was appointed as a standing director or vice chairman of many industry associations and academic committees, including the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association, Shenzhen Semiconductor Lighting Industry Development Promotion Association, Shenzhen LED Industry Association, and the Semiconductor Lighting Professional Committee of the Chinese Illumination Society. It began to develop integrated circuit (IC) functional LED light sources. It transformed from a traditional lighting LED light source factory to a professional semiconductor light source packaging and testing field manufacturing company with the ability to develop and provide integrated solutions for IC semiconductor light sources.

2016-2017: The company passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2016 environmental management system, ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T 29490-2013 intellectual property management system, integration of manufacturing and IT management system, and EU SGS supplier line depth certification. The products passed a number of international certifications, including US Energy Star LM-80, EU EN62471, ROHS, and SGS. It was awarded the "National High-Tech Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. It became the light source supplier for the 2016 G20 Summit in Hangzhou and the 2017 BRICS Summit in Xiamen. It was the first in the industry to propose the concept of "functional semiconductor LED light source." It increased the research and development of intelligent addressable IC LED light sources.
